Refund Policy

At AESTIC, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) received

We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.


Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new purchase.
